Born in Shreveport, Louisiana, Dexter James—better known as Little Fashion Guy (LFG)—brought his creative vision to life after moving to Dallas, Texas. Immersing himself in the city’s vibrant fashion community, he honed his craft through runway shows, on-set styling for photo shoots, and an array of industry networking events.

In 2019, LFG made his editorial debut with the cover of Horizont Magazine. Since then, his work has been published more than 50 times, including 20 covers—and the list continues to grow. His artistry has taken him to fashion hubs such as New York, Atlanta, and Paris, where he’s collaborated with designers, photographers, and creatives from around the globe, and caught the attention of public figures including Gia Gunn, Tiffany Moon, and Thomas Q. Jones.
